About Bulk Mail
We offer a comprehensive range of products for companies that send large volumes of mail on a regular basis. Our Bulk Mail postal prices vary depending on the length of delivery time you choose and how much sorting of mail you do in your own business.
Setting Up
To take advantage of our Bulk Mail products you will need to open an account with us. You will receive your own Pre Paid Impression (PPI) stamp that must appear on each piece of mail.
Presenting your mail to Guernsey Post
We will supply you with mail bags to sort your mail into the three mail formats ie. Letter, Large Letter or Packet. This is the minimum requirement for presentation of all mail. You can also present your mail sorted by postcode areas for UK Mail, or countries for International Mail.
Service Choice
You can choose how your mail travels between Guernsey and the UK. Our Straight Line Pricing (SLP) products offer Economy mail (by sea) or Priority mail (by air). The majority of Priority mail is delivered next day in the UK whereas Economy mail usually takes 2 or 3 days. Additionally we offer a service called DSA (Downstream Access) which offers a delivery service of 3 or 4 days.
Collection Service
We offer a complimentary collections service for our Bulk Mail customers that, subject to availability and volumes, can be tailored to meet your own operational requirements.
