How to use this service
This service is ideal for businesses that target large numbers of consumers. You will be supplied with a Freepost address that is different to your normal postal address and a licence number. This address and licence number can be featured in all your advertising with ease. Your respondents use their own envelopes to reply to your offer but you still pay the postage for them.
Costs
The postage value is charged at the local rate plus a premium, making it a very cost effective package for local companies marketing in the UK. A licence must be purchased in advance before this service can be used.

The weight limit for Freepost response items is 750g. Responses received from the UK will be delivered to you within three working days, and delivered next day for local responses.

To apply for Freepost, please complete the form ‘Application for licence to use the Freepost Service’ available below or from any Guernsey Post branch.
