How to use this service
This is a service intended for business-to-business use. You can improve your chance of a reply to an offer by making it easy for your customers to respond. Include in your communication a reply card, envelope or sticker pre-printed with the simple Business Reply design so your customers can post back to you at no charge to them. You then pay a small additional charge on top of the postage for the replies that are received.
Costs
The postage is charged at the local rate, making it a very cost effective package for local companies marketing in the UK. A licence must be purchased in advance before this service can be used.

How to apply for this service
