How to use this service 

By using International Business Reply service, Guernsey based businesses are able to issue to their international client base an economical and easy to use reply paid service. The Guernsey based business encloses a pre-printed international business reply card or envelope in outward mailings to overseas customers. Overseas customers simply post the reply in a pillar box without having to calculate the postage or obtain stamps.

Costs

Businesses must apply for a licence to use International Business Reply service.

• Items are returned direct to a Guernsey address by airmail.
• You only pay for items received.

How to apply
To apply for International Business Reply service, please complete the form ‘Application for licence to use International Business Reply service’ available from below, at any Guernsey Post branch or from Customer Services on 711720.

Terms and Conditions of use

Response items are restricted to 50g per item. Reply cards and envelopes must be pre-printed in accordance with Guernsey Post’s guidelines and approved by Guernsey Post prior to printing.
