Timed Delivery service
This service enables business customers to receive mail at a guaranteed delivery time.
Benefits
- Consistent delivery time to manage business processes (e.g. banking and fulfilment of orders).
- Choice of delivery time between 8am and 9am.
- Delivery to be within 20 minutes either side of allocated delivery time but typically five minutes either side.
- Second delivery available for mail not ready in time for first delivery.
How to apply for this service
To apply for a Timed Delivery service, complete the form ‘Application for a Timed Delivery service’ available below, from any branch or from Customer Services on 711720. Send it to Customer Services, FREEPOST, Envoy House, La Vrangue, St Peter Port, GUERNSEY, GY1 5SS.

Costs
12 month contract at £1,350 per company per delivery location.
Terms and Conditions of use

One year’s payment required in advance on account.

Accounts will be renewed on 1st March each year. Customers can commence service at any time and fees will be pro rata for the full month’s service.

Customers must have a Private Box (click
here for further information on Private Boxes) or large user postcode to access this service and will only receive mail that is delivered to that Private Box address or postcode.

A service level agreement will be signed prior to initiation of service to ensure customers are fully aware of service specification, including mobile numbers for couriers.

One month notice required of change of delivery location.
