Business Reply Services

    Our International Business Reply service is aimed at Bailiwick businesses who want a fuss free, cost effective way for customers in other parts of the world to get back to them. You simply include one of our international reply cards or envelopes in your outward mailings to your overseas customers, saving them the need to calculate and pay for the postage.

    Your responses are sent direct to your Guernsey address by airmail and you pay only for the items you receive. For this service you need a licence that costs £395 every year to renew. It covers the cost of the first 1,000 responses you get without any further charge and after that you will be charged a premium of 36 pence per response. 

    Our terms and conditions mean that response items are restricted to 50g per item. Reply cards and envelopes must be pre-printed in accordance with Guernsey Post guidelines and meet with our approval.
