Postage Paid Impressions (PPI)
- The following terms and conditions apply when you use our PPI service:
- You must use a Printed Postage Impressions (PPI) on your letters, packets and parcels.
- The PPI must include the service used, the words ‘Postage Paid' and ‘Guernsey' and the serial number allocated upon acceptance of your application. The font must be Arial.
The PPI must go in the top right hand corner on the address side of the item and should not be smaller than 40mm x 20mm as illustrated.- The PPI must be placed on a solid light background, subject to approval by Guernsey Post.
- On completion of a successful application, you will be contacted and issued with instructions on how to complete the online ebilling system.
- To ensure despatch on the day of receipt, PPI post should be with Guernsey Post as early in the day as possible and by 4pm at the latest.
- All PPI mail for collection by Guernsey Post must be ready at the agreed time.
