Regular business customers can gain a series of extra benefits from Guernsey Post's Special Delivery service.

Volume discount

For business customers holding a PPI account and posting more than 100 items in any one month, Special Delivery volume discounts will apply. See table

• Guaranteed next working day delivery

• Business customers can apply to join the Prepaid VAT scheme for items valued over £18 posted from Guernsey to the UK. This service cuts delivery time for your customers as it removes the need to present all items, regardless of value, to HM Customs on arrival in the UK.
• Import VAT can also be prepaid at the time of posting at any Guernsey Post branch. You can also purchase Special Delivery through our franking meter service.

Despatch arrangements

Business customers who make frequent use of our Special Delivery service are provided with books, labels and PPI payment books to streamline the despatch process.

Prices do not include collection costs but Special Delivery items will be collected if you have other arrangements like a Timed Collection Service or a bulk mail contract.

One off collections can be arranged for £25 per collection by calling Customer Services.
