- You must hold a Guernsey Post credit account.
- Each item posted must carry a PPI impression.
- Each consignment must be accompanied by a completed PPI posting docket detailing number of items posted and total weight of consignment, distinguishing between items above and below 100g. (This postings book is different to that issued for PPI services.)
- All items weighing 100g or under must be bagged separately from those above 100g.
- Each consignment must be bagged in standard posting bags.
- The minimum quantity is 100 items per consignment.
- Where flowers are sent using approved flower boxes, the minimum consignment quantity is reduced to 10 items, subject to review.
- Guernsey Post reserves the right to revert to sea transportation when there is no available option by air.
Account holders sending consignments with straight line pricing need to complete a separate postings book specifically designed for this service.
