Addressing standards
A correct postal address must consist of certain elements. Every house and business has a complete postal address which helps us to deliver all letters more quickly, accurately and cost effectively.
At full speed our mechanised sorting equipment processes around 30,000 pieces an hour - but only the mail that has a postcode as a single line at the end of the address.
