How to contact us
Our Customer Services department is open from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 12 noon on Saturdays. During these hours Customer Services can also be consulted in person at Envoy House. They can advise on our full range of products and services including their acceptance criteria and service standards and are able to assist if you have any problems.
Enquiries can be made either by the sender or the addressee by post or fax, by telephone, by e-mail or by completing an enquiry form available at any of our retail branches and by downloading it here.
If you have a complaint about our service we wish to know about it. We consider swift complaint resolution an important part of customer service best practice. We monitor and report on the handling of all enquiries, complaints and compensation claims that we receive. This review is published six-monthly on on our website.
If you use one of our services and are dissatisfied because of loss or damage, or a time/day definite service has failed, we can offer you compensation as appropriate and published in this service guide.
