    Parcel Deliveries

If we try to deliver a parcel and you are out your postman will leave a "delivery" card.

You can collect your item from Envoy House at our Mail Collection Counter from the time stated on your card. Residents of Alderney, Sark and Herm can collect items from their own post office. You will need to bring the card and a recognised form of identification with you (e.g. a driving licence). If you would like someone else to collect the item for you, they must bring this form with them, signed by you, together with proof of your identity.

Alternatively we can re-deliver your parcel as addressed or to another on-island address, free of charge, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately we are unable to specify a definite delivery time but it will be between 8am and 5pm.

Envoy House Mail Collection Counter opening times
Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm
    Saturday 7am to 12pm

If items are not collected or re-delivered within three weeks of the original date attempted for delivery (or one week for Recorded items) they will be returned to sender.
