Volume discount
For business customers holding a PPI account and posting more than 100 items in any one month, volume discounts will apply as per the table below.
Discounts will be applied based on the monthly volume of Special Delivery items posted.

Guaranteed next working day delivery
Business customers can apply to join the Prepaid VAT scheme. Subject to acceptance, this scheme enables you to pre-pay the import VAT on items valued over £18 posted from Guernsey to the UK. It decreases the time of delivery offered to your customers as the need to present all items, regardless of value, to HM Customs upon arrival in the UK is removed.
Import VAT can also be pre-paid at the time of posting at any Guernsey Post branch. Special Delivery can also be purchased through the franking meter service.

Despatch arrangements
Business customers using the service frequently are provided with Special Delivery books, labels and PPI payment books to streamline the despatch process.
Collections are not included within the price. However Special Delivery items will be collected if other arrangements are in place with Guernsey Post such as a Timed Collection Service (click here further information) or bulk mail contracts please call Customer Services on 711720 for more information.
Ad-hoc collections can be arranged for £25 per collection and can be booked through Customer Services on 711720.
