Guernsey Post Marathon Relay Team go for gold in Jersey

Guernsey Post's Marathon Relay Team are taking part in the Jersey Marathon on Sunday 2nd October 2011 in a bid to extend their ‘Champion Relay Runners' title across the Channel.

Guernsey Post's runners; Sam Dowding, Peter Guilbert, Clint King, James de Garis and Tristan Robilliard have proved unstoppable in recent years, winning the St. Peter Port Town Relay six years running and the Guernsey Marathon Relay in 2010 and 2011.

Team member Tristan Robilliard said:
"We have all been training hard for the Jersey Marathon Relay and we are now really looking forward to the race!
All of the money we raise will be going to Guernsey Cheshire Home and I would especially like to thank Guernsey Post for sponsoring our team."
