Adverse weather 1st December 2010 - update 1100

No mail will arrive in Guernsey from the UK today. This mail has been transferred to sea and will arrive in Guernsey for delivery on 2nd December.

Local mail is being delivered as usual. Some localised conditions may prevent delivery, but every effort will be made to deliver mail where it is safe to do so.

Collections are currently scheduled to take place this afternoon and UK mail is due to depart as usual this evening.
