HM Forces service
This service enables you to send mail directly to members of the Forces serving at a British Forces Post Office (BFPO) address or members of HM Forces serving at a US Army Post Office (APO) address. You can also send mail to dependants and families as well as any UK based civilian and their families attached to HM Forces. Reduced rates or free postage can be available to some BFPOs in war zones as declared by the UK Government and at the discretion of Guernsey Post. Maximum compensation £34.

Forces Air Letter (up to 100g) £0.34. Blueys are available free of charge from any Guernsey Post retail branch but payment for postage is required.
Packets and parcels
Standard postage for the weight of the item to the UK applies for any item to any BFPO anywhere in the world.

HM Forces service size and weight limits
Minimum size: one surface at least 90mm x 140mm.
Max weight 30kg for packages posted to all BFPO’s with the exception of HM ship, OP Telic and OP Herrick. The maximum weight limit for items sent to HM ships (BFPO 200-499) is 11kg.
Max length: 1050mm
Max length+girth combined: 2000mm
