- Open a Keepsafe application form (you'll need Adobe Acrobat, which is free)
- Enter your details on screen (you cannot save it so keep it open)
- Print a copy of the completed application
- Make sure everyone who wants their mail held signs the printed copy
- Post the copy to us using the address below
- Send your completed form
