International Signed For is a standard international service with the additional security of proof of posting and signature on delivery (copy of signature not available). This very useful service can be used for almost every international destination and can be purchased at any of our branches.

Maximum compensation for cash and money* sent via International Signed For is £100, though please note that some countries do not allow cash to be sent through their networks. Royal Mail cannot accept liability for loss or damage to mail items containing cash which are sent to these destinations.

Therefore Guernsey Post will no longer send any item containing cash to the listed countries below. We do offer Moneygram or Cash2Account for cash transactions to these destinations. 

*Cash/money includes coins, notes of any currency, securities of any kind payable to the bearer, travellers cheques and postal orders.

Insurance is not available for items containing mobile telephones. See claim procedures.
