Letter

This is anything sent in the small sized envelopes you commonly use, half the size of a sheet of A4 or smaller and less than 5mm thick and less than 100g in weight. The maximum size for a Letter is 240mm long and 165mm wide.

e.g. Letters, small birthday cards, sleeved CD or DVD

Minimum  Size

The minimum length for any item posted is 90mm, minimum width 140mm and the minimum thickness is 0.25mm.

Standard Insurance

Your receipt must be retained as proof of posting of your Letter and represents your acceptance of the terms and conditions of carriage.  It must be provided if you need to make a claim for damage or loss, together with proof of the cost of the item.
