Guernsey Post’s 2008 Tariff

With effect from 1st April 2008, Guernsey Post will be changing its postal prices. Local mail will go up from 32p to 34p and the cost of sending mail to the UK will rise from 37p to 40p.

The new rates for the most commonly used postal services are listed in our Postal Prices 2008 PDF.

Guernsey’s postal rates continue to remain amongst the cheapest in Europe and where we have been able to do so, some postal services, such as International Standard Parcel, are frozen at 2007 prices.

Our new tariff information will be available to download from 10th March. New literature, which gives full details of all our postal prices and services will be available from all our retail branches from 1st April. Businesses that requested new literature will receive it mid-March.

If you would like copies of the 2008 Guide to Services, Postal and Business Services booklet, or a wall chart, please contact customer services on 711720 or custserv@Guernseypost.com.

We have once again printed our pricing literature on paper from sustainable forestation. We would be grateful if you would help us in our quest to be greener by recycling last year’s information in the bins provided at our Envoy House and Smith Street branches or at your local waste paper saver bank.

If you have any queries about the new postal rates, please contact Customer Services on 711720 or email custserv@Guernseypost.com.
