We pride ourselves on providing the best possible service to our customers. This exciting role is varied and will suit someone who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same. The main duties are: -
• Dealing with a variety of internal & external customers
• Identifying & assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Proactively, resolving customer enquiries within service level agreements
• Advising our customers on our many products and services
• Working with and supporting departments in and around the business
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate: -
• Excellent communications skills
• Organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Working to deadlines with the ability to multitask
• Be a team player
• Good IT skills
Customer service experience preferable but not essential as full training will be provided. Hours of work: 36 hours per week, worked between 08:15 and 17:00 Monday to Friday.
The recruitment process requires a basic police clearance. Candidates with unspent convictions for dishonesty or drug offences will not be eligible for appointment.
