FedEx is available at our Envoy House, Bridge Co-op, St Martins Co-op, Alderney and Sark branches. Collection can be arranged for all Guernsey Post or FedEx account holders.
FedEx items cannot be posted in pillar boxes.

FedEx International Priority rates are based on the total weight of all packages in a single shipment using one consignment docket.
The example below is for a 1kg Fedex Pak going to USA.

For compensation with FedEx, all goods (non-document items) must be accompanied by a commercial invoice with a declared value.

Important notes on declared value
- Shipments with FedEx International Priority and FedEx International Economy have maximum declared carriage limits of US$50,000 for most destinations
- The maximum declared value of customs and carriage for FedEx Envelopes or FedEx Paks for any destination is US$100, or US$9.07 per US pound (1lb), whichever is greater
- Goods with a value (actual or declared) exceeding US$100 cannot be shipped in a FedEx Envelope or FedEx Pak
For the maximum declared value for customs and carriage for a FedEx international shipment, other than a FedEx Envelope or FedEx Pak, go to www.fedex.com and look for the individual country listing. The declared value for carriage may not exceed the value stated for HM Customs.
Unless the sender enters a higher Declared Value for Carriage on the consignment docket, the FedEx liability is limited to the higher of:
- The amount provided by the applicable international treaty (including Warsaw and CMR Convention); or
- £14.30/kg. FedEx does not provide cargo liability or all-risk cover but the sender can pay an additional fee for Declared Value for Carriage above these limits, subject to an incremental charge (see table for prices).
