Due to the high mail volumes we are receiving, the Mail Collection Counter at Envoy House will now be open on Sunday 30th November from 9am to 2pm. To all our customers in the Cobo area of Guernsey... we have been advised that Cobo Post Office will re-open on Monday 20th October. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and we will keep you updated with any further developments.

Unfortunately due to early morning fog over Guernsey the mail plane was unable to land, and after two attempts it was diverted back to the UK. It will return this afternoon. Consequently the overseas mail will not be available for delivery until Monday morning. To all our customers in the Cobo area of Guernsey... please be aware that the Cobo Food Hall, and consequently the Post Office also, is closed until further notice due to a serious electrical fault. We are informed this fault may take up to a few days to repair. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will do our best to keep our customers up-to-date with any further developments.

Unfortunately due to delays in the UK, the knock on effect has meant that the Guernsey mail plane has been delayed. It will now arrive later this morning and the overseas mail will be processed for delivery tomorrow morning. Local deliveries will continue as normal. We are very pleased to report that the Commodore Clipper has returned to service ahead of schedule following the repair to it's damaged hull.
