Alderney and Sark myUKaddress

Any Bailiwick of Guernsey resident aged 18 or over can register to use the myUKaddress service to receive deliveries to the island. This does not include businesses.

You do not need to know the exact size and weight of the item you are ordering (who has time for that?! ...) We will send you a picture and let you know what price bracket your item falls into when it arrives.

Good news, you can use our £5 fixed price standard returns service* for any items that are being returned to a UK address* that fit within our long box size or smaller (see our size guide on the myUKaddress page). Some online retailers also offer free returns for certain items. 

*This £5.00 fixed-price service covers standard (untracked) returns to the UK only. Returns to international retailers are possible but will be at your own cost

While we are unable to offer a returns solution for items from Alderney and Sark that are larger than our long box dimensions and weight, we will try to support you wherever possible, please contact our Customer Services team on 711720.

Yes, we most certainly do! If you have an item that’s bigger than the dimensions of our long box, please contact our Customer Services team on 711720 for a shipping cost estimate.

Anything up to the size of our long box will be delivered right to your doorstep. Anything bigger than the size of our long box will be delivered to Alderney or Sark Shipping in Guernsey. A member of the Alderney or Sark Shipping team will then get it in touch to arrange shipping to the harbour in Alderney or Sark for you to collect.

As we’re sure you’re aware, delivery times can depend on ferry schedules – but rest assured we’ll get your parcel to you as quickly as we can.
