Venezuela - All mail has been suspended due to restrictions on this route becoming challenging owing to unrest in the area and numerous flights cancelled.
In line with new requirments introduced by the Universal Postal Union (UPU) changes have been made to International Tracked and Signed services for sending items to Europe and the Rest of the World. The changes are as follows:
- International Tracked & Signed is available only for Letters and Large Letters containing personal correspondence. It can no longer be used for goods, gifts, or items of value.
- International Tracked is available for sending goods, gifts and non-personal correspondence. Electronic customs declarations and documentation must be completed when sending these items.

International Tracked & Signed Postal Services - Letters and Large Letters
International Tracked & Signed is a fully tracked service for sending Letters and Large Letters containing personal correspondence for delivery overseas. Available from all Guernsey Post branches, International Tracked & Signed comes with electronic tracking and operates to 259 countries, although it is not time guaranteed.
- For documents or correspondence being sent as a Letter or Large Letter
- Priority handling in the UK and abroad
- Items electronically tracked up to final delivery overseas
- Signature taken on delivery (copy not available)
- Proof of posting
- Some countries will return free of charge if not delivered, if return address on item

Available from all our branches, International Tracked comes with electronic tracking and operates to 259 countries, although it is not time guaranteed.

- Automatic compensation up to £50.00 included
- Up to £250.00 compensation available exclusions apply, subject to destination and payment of additional fee of £8.50
