Signed For Business
Signed For secure delivery. For valuable letters, large letters, small parcels and medium parcels, a signature is required on delivery at the destination address within the Bailiwick, UK, Isle of Man or Jersey.
- Proof of posting issued
- Signature on delivery
- Use our Track and Trace tool to confirm delivery
- Cover up to a maximum of £50 for items sent locally or the market value, whichever is the smaller sum, subject to proof of cost

This service is not tracked but if you require a tracked service see Special Delivery.
- There is no compensation available for prohibited items or items of value that should be sent by Special Delivery e.g. money, jewellery, diamonds etc.
- You must retain your receipt and provide it if you make a claim for compensation together with proof of the cost of the item
- The item must be properly packed and addressed
- To make a claim you must complete and submit the Claim Form available online and from any of our branches
- We will not be responsible nor have any liability to you, for the accuracy of any status information provided to you as part of a tracking service.

For sending items under £270 in value, please attach a CN22 Customs form to your parcel.
Please note all Parcelforce items must have a CN23 Customs form attached. (see CN23 form for details)

CN23 Customs Form for items to UK, Jersey, Alderney and IOM
Please attach a CN23 Customs form to your packet/parcel when:
- Sending items over £270 (even if sent by Special Delivery)
- Sending items of any value if it is a large parcel (all large parcels have to go via Parcelforce)
- Sending any size parcel by Parcelforce service (small or medium parcels can also be sent using Parcelforce)
