How do I return an item?
Find your retailer from the list below and follow the guidelines on how to return your item.
If you do not have access to a printer, and you have been provided with a Royal Mail QR code, you can take this to any Guernsey Post Office branch, Alderney or Sark Post Office and we will scan the code and print your label for you.
Please note we do not offer a returns service from our Business Hub at North Plantation.

£5 Fixed Returns Service
From 3rd January 2024 we are pleased to offer a £5 Fixed Returns Service for the below retailers. The price for returning items to these retailers will cost you a maximum of £5 for items up to 10kg. Items will be sent using a standard postal service (please note tracking is not available). Please note your usual terms and conditions for the retailer will still apply. For items requiring insurance up to £250, this can be purchased separately for £11. Please retain your proof of posting receipt for all returns.
