Find your retailer from the Royal Mail 'most popular retailers' list and follow the Royal Mail guidelines to create and print your own returns labels. Then pop your returns item into any Guernsey Post post office branch except for The Business Hub and we'll do the rest.
If you do not have access to a printer you can bring the Royal Mail QR code to any Guernsey Post office branch, Alderney or Sark Post Offices and we can scan the code and print your label for you.
If you are not able to find the retailer for your item, please check if there is a return label in the original box that came with the item or contact the retailer directly for further advice.
