Misdelivered Mail
We will deliver postal items to the delivery address written on the postal item and not to the person whose name is also written on the postal item.
If you receive a Misdelivered Item not for you, but at the correct or similar address, please strike through the address and write clearly "NOT KNOWN AT THIS ADDRESS" on the Misdelivered Item and post the Misdelivered Item in a post office letter box (no Charges shall apply) or alternatively (if the Misdelivered Item is too big to put in a post office letter box) contact our customer services team as soon as possible.
If you receive an item that we have delivered to you in error (where neither the name nor the address is yours) please pop it back in your nearest post box or contact our Customer Services team to arrange collection if the item is too large to fit in a post box.
You must not open, retain or destroy any Misdelivered Item (and you may be found guilty of an offence in accordance with section 17 of the Law if you do so).
