Tracked - available from 6th July 2026

For a reliable, cost-effective and fully tracked delivery service to the UK, Isle of Man and Jersey, Tracked provides a practical solution for sending items that require visibility but not a signature on delivery. Tracked is suitable for sending Letters, Large Letters and Standard Parcels up to 2kg with a delivery expectation of two to three working days. 

Please note: All outgoing mail will be despatched via sea. Please allow an additional 24 hours posting time.

Service features:

• Available for Letters*, Large Letters* and Standard Parcels up to 2kg
• Delivery to all parts of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland), Isle of Man and Jersey
• Delivery expectation of two to three working days
• Proof of posting
• Compensation up to £75.00 for loss or damage** (exclusions apply)
• Electronic tracking through to delivery point

* It is recommended that Letters and Large Letters are presented in hard-backed envelopes to ensure protection during processing through the network.
** Compensation of up to £75.00 per item is available for loss or damage (subject to proof of cost). Compensation does not cover delay or consequential loss. Guernsey Post is not liable for consequential loss or for the market value of printed items such as tickets. Guernsey Post is not liable for delays caused by Force Majeure Events as defined in the General Terms and Conditions. Claims must be submitted within 3 months of the posting date. Proof of posting is required to support any claim. 

Please note goods sent via the Tracked service to the UK require pre-payment of import VAT. This must be paid at the time of posting and is calculated at 20% of the value of the goods you are sending. Some items are VAT exempt e.g. gifts valued at £39 or less.
