myUKaddress Saver Returns

How do I return an item I received through the myUKaddress service?

You can use our myUKaddress Saver Returns service, which will cost you a maximum of £5.50 for returns (that are being returned to a UK address)** that fit within our extra large parcel size or smaller and up to 10kg (see our size guide here). Some online retailers also offer free returns for certain items.

For items that are larger or heavier than our extra large parcel size please contact our Customer Services team on 711720.

To return your item follow these simple steps:

1. Notify your online retailer that you'll be returning an item*.
2. Print out any label provided.
3. Take your item to Envoy House or Town Post Office.

If you are returning an item from Alderney or Sark you can use the myUKaddress Saver Returns service to a maximum size of long box, please call our Customers Services Team if larger than this.

Your item will be sent via our tracked Parcelforce service. Compensation levels are available upon request.

*If the retailer plans to deduct a returns charge, but you're able to post the item from Guernsey, you can let them know that you'll use your own postage service and would prefer not to be charged twice. This way, you can avoid unnecessary return fees!

** for international retailers returning to an international address, you are unable to use the £5.50 fixed service, but you can still return these through us but at your own expense.
