Post box 10, Piette Road

Guernsey’s post boxes reflect the island’s evolving postal history, beginning with pillar boxes introduced in 1853 after trials inspired by Anthony Trollope’s observations in Europe. La Piette was the site of one of the island’s earliest Victorian post boxes which matched the design of the Union Street post box. However the date of it's removal is unknown and the installation date of this box is unrecorded, but it served the community for many years until November 2025.
