Post box 135, Mill Street

This ERII post box was installed in September 1957 alongside a stamp vending machine. The stamp vending machine has not been in use for many years and the post box served the community until November 2025. Nearby at No. 7 Mill Street lived Henry Turner, the first person known to post himself, sending himself to Sark in July 1905. Guernsey Post will be issuing a set of stamps in 2026 to mark this event.
