Beat the festive rush this Christmas

If you are sending goods to the UK you can fill in a handwritten UK Customs Form in branch or you can download a CN22 or CN23 form to fill in before going to your local post office branch. Please check the requirements to see whether you need a CN22 or a CN23. Be sure to pre-pay any VAT due to avoid any unnecessary delays.

Sending goods internationally

If you are sending goods to any international destinations, then you must declare the contents on an electronic customs declaration form before you send the items. Save time and fill in the online form at home and take the reference number with you to your local post office.

Service updates

Some countries are currently experiencing postal disruptions. Current status as of 22.10.25 is as follows:

• Canada - All mail can now be sent to Canada.
• USA - Letters and cards can be sent but all other items are suspended. For more information click here

Check size, weight and postage

• Check our packing guidelines and wrap your items well to avoid damage or delay.
• Write the address clearly and always include a postcode and a return address.
• Be aware that restrictions apply and some items cannot be sent in the post. Click here for more details.
