Guernsey Post’s Chief Executive, Boley Smillie, is stepping down after 14 years in the role to become the Chief Executive and Head of Public Service at the States of Guernsey.
Guernsey Post Chairman, Rick Denton said “ I am delighted for Boley as he takes on this important role for the community of Guernsey. He has been an outstanding CEO at Guernsey Post for many years, and I have no doubt he will bring the same level of excellence and dedication to his new position.”
Boley will continue in the role until early 2025, ensuring sufficient time to appoint a successor.
Rick added “In the meantime, it remains business as usual at Guernsey Post as we implement a smooth and orderly succession in line with our established plans.”
