A new Post Box has now opened at the Castel Douzaine Rooms on Les Beaucamps. This new box replaces the boxes at either end of Les Beaucamps (Mont D'aval and Les Eturs end) and the collection time remains the same, 3.30pm for delivery on the next working day.   You can park safely, off road, in the entrance of the Douzaine room to use the box. Please note all of our Post Office branches will be closed this coming Bank Holiday Monday 2nd May, and no collections or deliveries will take place. Normal service will resume on Tuesday 3rd May.

  Our Envoy House Post Office will be open on Monday as normal. You are required to wear a face mask before you enter, and we ask that you maintain social distancing. Our Smith Street branch will be closed, and we are working closely with our business partners at our other Post Offices across the island to determine their opening hours and we will update you on these as soon as we can.

Our parcel collection counter is now closed until further notice. We will attempt delivery of your parcels and any EBOX items.  If you are not in we will attempt delivery again the next day.  We are working to reissue the ‘we are at home’ leaflet that allows you to give us permission to leave your parcel on your doorstep at this time. Royal Mail have advised that due to the current Coronavirus situation, from today (Thursday 19 March) and until further notice, their Special Delivery by 1pm guarantee has been suspended. Special Delivery items will still be prioritised and Royal Mail will aim to deliver them before the end of the day but this is not guaranteed and a refund of the Special Delivery fee will not be applicable if…
