Temporary opening hours at Town Post Office

Guernsey Post announces that its Town Post Office branch will operate temporary opening hours from Tuesday 1 September to Friday 11 September inclusive.

The temporary change is due to staff shortages and will enable Guernsey Post to continue providing post office services at the Town branch during this brief period, while maintaining a full service at the Envoy House Post Office.

The Town branch will open from 8.15am to 10.30am each day from 1-4 September. The opening times for the following week, 7-11 September, will be advised as soon as possible.

Customers who need to visit a post office outside these temporary hours can use any of Guernsey Post’s other branches around the island, with St Martin’s Post Office and Envoy House Post Office among the nearest alternatives to Town. With branches located across the island, customers can choose the location and opening hours that are most convenient for them.

Guernsey Post is grateful to its customers for their patience and understanding while the temporary arrangements are in place and apologises for any inconvenience caused.

Normal opening hours at Town Post Office will resume once staffing levels return to normal.
