Important Update: Changes to International Shipments to EU, Northern Ireland and USA Destinations
Due to new customs requirements and the introduction of additional mandatory product data, temporary restrictions are being applied to certain international shipments destined for the EU, Northern Ireland and the USA while we update our systems.
With immediate effect and until further notice:
- Personal gifts with a value of £36 or less may continue to be sent internationally.
- Personal gifts with a value exceeding £36 cannot currently be accepted for international despatch to the EU, Northern Ireland or the USA.
- Business-to-Consumer (B2C) e-commerce sales of goods cannot currently be accepted for despatch to the EU, Northern Ireland or the USA.
These temporary restrictions are necessary while we implement the additional customs information required for international shipments.
We are working to restore these services as quickly as possible and will provide further updates as soon as they become available. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
