Redelivery Request Form

Sorry we missed you.

If you were out when we tried to deliver your package and have received a "sorry we missed you" card we can redeliver your item.

Alternatively, you can collect your item from the Parcel Collection Counter at Envoy House after the time stated on your card.

  • Bring your card and an accepted form of photographic identification such as a driving licence
  • Someone else may collect the item for you. They must bring the card, with your signature on it, together with proof of your identity
  • Residents of Alderney, Sark and Herm may collect items from their post office in the same way

Must be secure and weather proof eg. garage, shed. PLEASE NOTE: If your item requires a signature, the Safeplace service will NOT apply.
