If you were out when we tried to deliver your package and have received a "sorry we missed you" card we can redeliver your item.
Alternatively, you can collect your item from the Mail Collection Counter at Envoy House after the time stated on your card.
Bring your card and an accepted form of photographic identification such as a driving licence
Someone else may collect the item for you. They must bring the card, with your signature on it, together with proof of your identity
Residents of Alderney, Sark and Herm may collect items from their post office in the same way

Please allow 48 hours for redelivery during the current circumstances regarding COVID-19.
(If you have submitted the form outside of office hours redelivery will take approximately 48 hours from 8.30am the following day).
Please note that our Parcel Collection Counter is currently closed. Any parcels or items that we currently hold for you will be out for redelivery over the next few days. If you require your item to be delivered to an alternative address please fill in the form below and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
