If you have received an 'Underpaid Item' card and would like to pay the outstanding fees due online, please complete the form below and proceed to the payment screen.
Once payment has been received for your item the Customer Services team will ensure your item is entered back into our normal delivery process. Alternatively pop into the Reception or the Mail and Parcel Collection Counter to pay and collect your item.
