Charlotte Tilbury Returns
To return items to Charlotte Tilbury, follow the steps below:
- Repack your item ensuring to remove the old address label
- To start your return, go to the Charlotte Tilbury Returns portal: Returns Information | Charlotte Tilbury It is Important you Select Guernsey, not UK.
- Enter your Email Address and Order Number
- Select the Item(s) you wish to return
- Select Evri Drop off with Printer required, if you select Printer not required we can’t accept the QR code they provide.
- You will get a confirmation email with your returns label
- Attach the returns label to your parcel and take to any of our branches
That’s it! Your return is complete, and your package will be delivered to the Charlotte Tilbury returns centre within 2-5 working days and Charlotte Tilbury will refund your goods within 14 working days. To keep an eye on your return, track your item
