ASOS Returns
Follow the steps below to return items to ASOS:
- Repack your items ensuring to remove old address label
- To start your return go to the ASOS app or thier website https://www.asos.com/
- Go to your orders and select the order you widh to return
- Select the items you wish to return and the reson why.
- You will then asked for your selected drop off point and look up GY1 1AA and then select Guernsey Post Envvoy House.
- You will get a confirmation email for your return and a QR code.
- Take your return to any of our branches and we can scan the QR code to print out the returns label.
That’s it! Your return is complete, and your package will be delivered to the ASOS returns centre within 2-5 working days and ASOS will refund your goods within 14 working days. To keep an eye on your return, track your item here.
