Please note there will be some disruption to the arrival of mail in Alderney as we seek to utilise a combination of available sea and air schedules. Deliveries of mail to residents will be aligned with the arrival of mail onto the Island whenever possible. Mail to Sark will connect with the scheduled freighters on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Guernsey Post is asking customers for help by keeping their distance from their Postie. Please be advised that due to the current situation we are all having to deal with, the Co-op has taken the decision to close all Co-op post office counters between 1-2pm Mondays to Fridays until further notice. All Saturday hours will remain the same.  

Royal Mail have advised that due to the current Coronavirus situation, from today (Thursday 19 March) and until further notice, their Special Delivery by 1pm guarantee has been suspended. Special Delivery items will still be prioritised and Royal Mail will aim to deliver them before the end of the day but this is not guaranteed and a refund of the Special Delivery fee will not be applicable if…
